|
*Responsibilities*
Primary owner for client engagements – for all launch / upgrade projects, service & support incidents, deployment issues post – production (until End of Life) and ensuring SLA obligations as in contract are met.
Liaise with customer service, project, development, engineering, QA and the Network Infrastructure teams for ensuring service delivery based on urgency, priority and profitability.
Responsible for all communication to clients (C-level executives included) on project updates, software upgrades, infrastructure maintenance activities, reporting, performance scorecards, etc.
Responsible for resolution of all escalations and timely transparent communication to senior management within Yodlee and clients
Work with sales groups on client proposals (with respect to new products, upgrades, services, etc) and participate in SOW & contractual negotiations as and when required.
Proactively identify ways of improving usage of Yodlee services on banks website to boost incremental revenue and build pipeline to help Sales get clients to adopt other Yodlee products/services.
Constantly upgrade knowledge of new products/features and general technology trends in online banking.
Management of risk assessment & mitigation, change management, stakeholder approval of infrastructure changes associated with client deployments. Will need to coordinate with internal and client side teams spread across the globe.

Requirements:
Ability to work in an "Individual contributor" capacity in an unstructured, highly demanding workplace
Excellent communication skills - written, phone, presentation and work with global teams
Should have exposure/knowledge of typical software development life cycle
Should have experience/skill in negotiation, prioritization, conflict resolution,
Should be flexible to work US hours and in shifts(by rotation) depending on the client-geography assigned
Knowledge of BFSI (in particular banking) would be desirable
Basic Knowledge of backend IT infrastructure, online applications, software coding is desirable.

*Qualification*- B.E/B.Tech/BSc (Computer Science) OR Any graduate + Master in Computer Applications/Computer Science from a Reputed Institution.
*Experience*
6 to 12 years of Total Experience. Minimum 1-2 years relevant experience needed.
