The Development Lead will be responsible for leading a group of 4-5 technical consultants in providing leadership in technical consulting during Yodlee product implementations for various clients, design/develop custom components as per customer requirements and Must collaborate with Product Management, Project Management and other departments to ensure successful client implementation and delivery. The person should be hands on development/design.

Primary Responsibilities* • Ability to handle projects as a technical lead/consultant • Provide Technical leadership in client implementation projects • Co-ordinate with onshore & clients to successful execution/delivery of the project • Responsible for creating design/development artifacts • Provide technical guidance/leadership to TC team • Responsible for design review & code review • Provide technical insights for project estimation • Identify and lead internal efforts at improving PS effectiveness and efficiency • Work on the resource planning to ensure optimal resource utilization

Work Experience and Qualifications*: • Minimum 7 years professional experience • 6+ years of development experience in Java and related, including: JSP, Struts, Springs, DAOs, Web Services, XML • 4+ years in professional services organization • 2+ years of experience in leading a team • Strong Design experience with tools such as Rational Rose or similar tools using UML • Working knowledge on front-end technologies such as Ajax, JavaScript and HTML. • Experience working on app servers and frameworks such as JBoss, WebSphere, Spring and Hibernate(any ORM tool) • Exposure to design patterns • Working knowledge of software architectures, such as MVC, Client-Server or N-Tier. • Strong SQL/ PL SQL skills including ability to write efficient queries and Stored Procedures. • Experience analyzing customer requirements, designing new systems and modifying existing systems • Able to self-manage; able to organize and prioritize • Strong OOPS concepts • Proficiency on UNIX (Solaris, Linux) and NT platforms • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills • Strong sense of ownership • Excellent client interaction skills • Ability to provide technical leadership to junior team members • Ability to multi-task and function efficiently with very aggressive schedules/timelines.
